Private Reformer Sessions (55 Min)

Dynamic Fitness: Personal Training Sessions (55 min)

After we identify goals together, I will guide you through an individualized training session combining Pilates-based movement, and functional training using simple props like bands, balls,blocks and your own body weight.

With 6+ years as a certified personal trainer, the sessions will develop a sequence tailored to your needs and break down the exercises step-by-step so you can continue to practice at home with minimal equipment. You’ll gain familiarity with the correct breathing, postures and alterations to protect yourself, and identify your body’s own idiosyncrasies and needs.  After a few sessions, you will be able to independently follow videos, group classes and more complicated workouts with confidence.

8 Week Program

This 8 week program is for people who enjoy class environments but still want that personalized feel of a private session.

Each session is tailored to the needs of members of the group, with lots of personal attention. The small group is an excellent way to stay committed and accountable toward your goals; in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll use both Pilates-based and functional movement training styles to build strength, promote fat-loss, and improve your movement quality. These classes are suitable for groups of friends looking to get together regularly, and individuals seeking to join a group in formation. Limited to 4 people per session, meets twice a week.
