The Reformer can easily seem like a daunting workout tool. With it’s springs and pulleys and moving parts, it can be hard to wrap your mind around how it’s considered a piece of workout equipment and not a torture device.

So today I’m doing something a little different. I want to help provide some rhyme and reason for this machine.┬áIn this video, I am going to break down a Reformer workout session for you in the hopes of dashing any hesitation you have about trying it out.
