I can’t stress it enough – core strength plays such an important role in your day-to-day life. It improves your movement quality, helps ease back pain, and creates more stability throughout your entire body. Even spending just a few minutes a day working on your core will have a huge impact.
In this video, I do a series of movements that are all focused on building up strength and endurance in your core region. I challenge you to try out this 5 minute sequence once a day for the next two weeks! Literally 5 minutes a day for the next 14 days.
Even the busiest people have 5 minutes to spare for their health. And the best part is, you don’t need equipment (or even workout clothes) to complete this task. Just find an open floor, and get it done. You’ll be grateful that you dedicated the time to your own health and wellness.
